Wow, such cool photo opps and a lot to look at! Loved the fire pit at the end with the marshmallows and hot chocolate at the end too.! It is well organized and much closer to home then the others! We loved the Christmas Light Show.

Is photography allowed at the light show?

Absolutely! Please take as many pictures as you’d like and share them on social media! Use #IndianaLightShow and tag @Indianalightshow!

Do you accept credit cards at the door? What about cash?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover. We also accept mobile payments like Apple Pay and Samsung Pay. We will also be accepting cash, although we appreciate exact change.

Who can I contact with questions about the light show or my ticket?

Please reach out to our social media accounts @Indianalightshow. If you lost your tickets please use the appropriate link in the Q&A topic below to have them automatically resent to you.

Do We Need To Buy Tickets In Advance?

Tickets purchased for Fridays or Saturdays must be purchased in advance. There are NO gate sales on either night. Tickets for any other day of the week that we are open can be purchased at the gate.

Am I allowed to exit my car while driving through the show?

For your safety, you must remain in your vehicle while you're at the Indiana Light Show. You will have great photo opportunities from inside the vehicle!Is the event rain or shine?We are open rain, snow, or shine! In the event of extreme weather we do occasionally need to close for the evening. Should we close due to severe weather, per our refund/cancellation policy, if your ticket was purchased for a specific date, we will automatically be reactivated for use any other night the show is open without needing to reach out to customer support. Moreover, if you hold a ticket that allows you to attend any night the show is open, your ticket is of course still usable any night the show is open this season.

Do you offer refunds?

All sales are final, we do not offer refunds. In the event your ticket date is canceled due to weather, technological issues, or some other unforeseen circumstance we will automatically renew your ticket for use any other night the show is open, free of charge. By purchasing a ticket you agree to these terms and conditions. Moreover, no agent or employee can change or modify this policy.

What kind of vehicle can I drive through the light show?

For safety reasons, we will only be allowing cars & personal trucks (pickup trucks, SUV's, etc. are perfectly fine) into the show. No buses, limos, trailers, trollies, etc. Two-axel "church vans" are permitted. No exceptions will be made.
